We are currently seeking a Dynamics CRM Specialist focused in a new role of heading and supporting our Customer Relationship Management software (Dynamics CRM 2016), as it relates to our daily business processes. As the CRM Specialist, you will gain exposure in gathering and documenting requirements from key stakeholders, as well as assisting in developing project plans and timelines to successfully deploy solutions. In addition, you will install and configure software to meet the requirements of our systems and must be capable in supporting the underlying database systems (Microsoft SQL). Finally, you will participate in end-user training both internally and externally.

As the CRM Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of our Dynamics CRM systems including add-ons such as Experlogix CPQ
  • Providing implementation consultation and support services during installations, upgrades, and customizations.
  • Providing administration level support.
  • Documenting and analyzing sales processes and procedures from inception to finish.
  • Effectively communicating with staff and senior management
  • Supporting the preparation of the scope of work by providing task/time details
  • Deep knowledge of the table structures and relationships of database products related to CRM.
  • Troubleshooting and identifying causes of the issues within our CRM and its database related software.
  • Designing and conducting data migration.
  • Training, coaching, and mentoring staff and end users

To successfully perform the responsibilities of this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business (Accounting) and/or Information Systems degree
  • Preferably experience with Dynamics 365 related software solutions
  • Experlogix CPQ experience is a plus but not required  
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Superior people skills; team-oriented, fast learner and very personable
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve success within a consulting environment
